The court discussed options to split the larger, engineering‑heavy sites into their own packages and possibly use a $100,000 engineering loan/package to advance design work.
Mister Latham summarized the operations: “For the month of December, we had 46. We closed out 25 work orders. We have 26 pending currently.” The County Judge thanked staff and accepted the report after a motion from a commissioner; the court approved the acceptance by voice vote.
