In administrative business the board approved a R.O.W. application for work at 3118 West Shore Road on the condition that the contractor (Denis/Denise Irick in the minutes; spelling inconsistent) confirm the road will not be excavated. Chair Peter Brzozowy moved the conditional approval and the motion carried. Robin Gutierrez will confirm the non-excavation statement with the contractor prior to work.
