Judge Miller opened a workshop on the courthouse master plan and introduced architects Alexis and Sarah, who outlined the remaining submission steps to the Texas Historic Commission. Alexis said the team will submit an official draft to the THC on the 23rd, beginning a 30‑day review period after which a final master plan could be approved.
