Jessica Wheeler, who manages the Wasco Depot and Wasco School Events Center (WSEC), told the council that City Hall will serve as the primary contact number for facility rentals and that applications will be submitted through City Hall; she said signage updates for the Fitness Center and Events Center are underway.
