Mark began by acknowledging ongoing concerns raised at previous meetings while underscoring progress in the county’s development pipeline. He said several large projects have purchased sites and are progressing through planning: "When they do present those plans, they're gonna be astonishing," he said, while acknowledging the county has no control over private timelines.
