County submits workforce plan; on‑site CDL training and youth outcomes highlighted

Laura said the draft local workforce development plan has been submitted to the state for review and is posted on the county website; "Once it's approved by the Department of Labor, it'll go to the board and others for final approval," she said. She told the board the college has contracted with CDT in Kingston to begin offering CDL training on-site so residents do not have to travel for that instruction.
