The Dacono City Council voted unanimously May 11 to adopt Ordinance 1016, which amends the municipal code to prohibit nonfunctional turf, artificial turf, and invasive plant species. Associate Planner John Michael Lawler presented the item during the public hearing; there were no public comments and the council approved the ordinance on second reading.
