Planning staff presented an annexation request from the City of McDonough for two parcels at 8020 and 964 Raceshack Road totaling roughly 79.04 acres and proposed rezoning to a planned unit development. Staff told the board the request "ventures from the comprehensive plan as well as the future land use map designation for low density suburban" and said infrastructure demands would change if rezoned.
