County ends Schindler contract, approves TK Elevator for courthouse service
After complaints that Schindler had not met promised service, commissioners voted to begin termination of Schindler's maintenance agreement and approve a new contract with TK Elevator for courthouse elevator service.

Caribou County maintenance staff told the commissioners that the courthouse elevator remained out of service and that the incumbent contractor, Schindler, had not addressed promised repairs. Maintenance supervisor Rowdy Larkins said Schindler had not fulfilled recent commitments, and the board directed staff to begin the termination process and enter a new contract with TK Elevator.
