The council unanimously accepted the preliminary final Economic Opportunity Analysis by Johnson Economics (prepared with DLCD grant funds) and approved staff to use the report's recommended processes going forward.

City Manager Raamin Burrell presented the preliminary final Economic Opportunity Analysis prepared by Johnson Economics and paid for through a DLCD grant. Burrell said it is the "preliminary final copy" and recommended the council formally accept the findings and the recommended processes to pursue the report's goals.
