On July 21, 2026, the Jasper County Board adopted Resolution 26-48 to add a township question to the General Election ballot for November 3, 2026. "Motion by Cupples, seconded by Nearmyer to adopt Resolution 26-48 approving a township question on the General Election ballot for November 3, 2026," the minutes record; the motion passed with both supervisors voting yea.
