Town Administrator reports First Responder progress and posts tax-roll figures
The Town Administrator reported ongoing coordination with regional EMS partners and a pending EMC presentation on the HES building; the report also included FY2026 tax-roll totals and foreclosure dates for unpaid prior-year accounts.

During the Town Administrator’s report the board was told that the administrator met with Shawn Carlson and that EMC will present findings or a proposal regarding the HES building to the School Committee; that presentation has not been scheduled and the Select Board was invited to attend. The administrator also asked the board whether to move the Nov. 11 meeting date to Nov. 12 or Nov. 13 because Nov. 11 is Veterans Day.
