The Select Board approved an amendment to the Nov. 14, 2023 Consent Agreement between the Town and Douglas Wayne Kelly Sr. and The Douglas Wayne Kelly Sr. Family Trust, with Douglas Kelly Jr. identified as trustee for property at 63 Highfield Rd. Select Board member Charles Weidman made the motion, Joseph Tassi seconded, and the motion passed 5–0.
