Planning Commission accepts bylaws, agrees to revisit if legislative changes require it
The commission voted 5-0 to accept its bylaws and rules of procedure "as is," with the understanding staff will bring revisions if state or federal legislative changes require updates.

Commissioner Perry Adams moved to accept the Planning Commission Bylaws and Rules of Procedure "as is" while noting that any necessary changes arising from legislative updates will be brought back to the commission. Commissioner Bob Gedeborg seconded the motion.
