Ineligible transcript: student program testimonials, not civic meeting
Transcript is a series of student testimonials about Summer Rise internships and program experiences (AstraZeneca, arts, Montgomery College), not a civic governing meeting suitable for news articles.
The full story
This transcript records short participant remarks and program descriptions from a Summer Rise internship showcase. It contains personal testimonials about learning experiences, hands-on projects (including building a bioreactor, cosmetology work, and cafe business ownership simulations), and general praise for the program. It does not record a governing body, formal motions, votes, public policy debate, or other civic procedures. As such, it is not suitable for producing civic news articles.
