A commissioner told the planning commission that a development group looking at the Emerald Turf Farm will appear before City Council for a work session on May 6 to discuss a large proposal. "They will be coming to the city council, to discuss a proposal with them in a work session on May 6," the commissioner said, adding the parcel under consideration is over 100 acres.
