Staff briefed the commission on the Hillside View subdivision, saying the applicant is proposing 14 lots and that the planning team is addressing concerns raised by Elkridge City at the public hearing. "The applicant's proposing 14 lots," the staff member said, and added staff would continue working with the applicant to resolve outstanding issues.
