At the start of the Nov. 19 meeting, Mrs. Adams, a notary, administered the Oath of Office to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). The minutes record that, as experienced board members, they were familiar with required ethics training and disclosure filings including Form 1 and Form 8B.
