Stone Ridge Holdings, LLC did not proceed with its final major site-plan hearing after board professionals identified issues with the submitted plans. Board Attorney Glenn Kienz recommended the Board not hear the matter that evening and instead schedule a daytime meeting "with the applicant’s Engineer, the Township Engineer, and the Board Engineer" to resolve outstanding technical items; the applicant’s counsel agreed and the hearing was carried to Monday, July 27, 2026.
