Plan Commission recommends kennel boarding permit for NBT Properties to Town Board
The commission recommended approval to the Town Board of a conditional use permit for a kennel boarding facility operated by NBT Properties LLC; staff said the lot meets criteria despite being 4.47 acres and the applicant pledged a privacy fence, cameras and 24-hour on-call staff.

On June 30 the Minocqua Plan Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of Conditional Use Permit #28-26 for NBT Properties LLC to operate a kennel boarding facility at 8714 & 8724 Highway 47, forwarding the recommendation to the Town Board for final action.
