The Eastern Sonic County Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve a conditional-use permit (application 25186) allowing a contractors yard on three parcels at 2055 West State Road 32. Planner presentation to the commission described the proposal as a secure storage area for construction equipment, materials and trailers, with employee parking (including one ADA space) and operating hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
