The governing board voted to accept the Single Federal Audit and the 2025 financial statements; one member abstained. Treasurer Colette Jurnak said the 2026 budget remains unchanged and will coordinate with the accountant on payroll liabilities.

The Lamoille FiberNet Governing Board voted to accept the Single Federal Audit and the 2025 financial statements at its June 24 meeting. "The budget for 2026 is unchanged from what was originally passed," Treasurer Colette Jurnak reported while presenting the monthly financial report. Matt McCabe moved to accept the audit and financial statements; Jane Campbell seconded the motion. The motion passed with Brian Evans‑Mongeon recorded as abstaining.
