The Barbour County Commission entered executive session at 6:00 p.m. to review two complaints concerning the 911 wrecker tow rotation policy and returned to open session at 7:36 p.m. The complaint by Ryan's Wrecker Service that the Barbour County Sheriff's Department failed to honor an owner's tow-service request was found unsubstantiated after investigation by the 911 director and the commission.
