Mary Kay Wirth outlined near-term reporting deadlines and a calendar of outreach events for spring 2026. She told the board that the ECI Monthly Fiscal Tracking Spreadsheet is due Feb. 28, 2026 and that the Mid Year ECI State Report (Qualtrics) is due Feb. 26, 2026. She also noted a meeting with HACAP Head Start about billing on Feb. 25 to coordinate reporting.
