Board approves updated HACAP Head Start billing after miscommunication discovered

Christi Regan, representing HACAP Head Start, explained that updated billing for January through July 2026 now includes benefits and hours beyond the program's previously recorded time; staff said the first half of the year had not reflected those charges because of a miscommunication. Following the explanation, Erin George made a motion to approve the updated billing and Lindsey Burken seconded; the board voted unanimously to approve the corrected billing.
