Council voted to approve a first amended and restated developer agreement tied to South Gateway Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3 that adds an additional developer and expands optional qualifying infrastructure projects from the original list; staff said the agreement increases the pool of eligible projects to about $5.7 million while retaining the original maximum rebate amount of $4.67 million. Staff said tiers and participating taxing entities include the City of Amarillo, Potter County and Amarillo College and that captured increment projections were revised in light of recent valuations.
