Neighbor asks whether lot split will change school bus access; staff: no development proposed
A resident asked whether existing driveways used by school buses would be closed or rerouted if the Bellbrook school property is split; staff said the board was considering only a lot split tonight and no development plans or access changes were before the board.

During the public hearing on PB-26-01, resident Kaye McIntyre of 83 East South Street asked whether the existing on-site driveways used by school buses would be closed if the property is split and whether a future purchaser would allow buses to use those drives. "For the school buses, is that gonna be closed off and the traffic's gonna go down East South Street?" McIntyre asked.
