County says TAT software implementation is on schedule; October go-live planned
Deputy Director Zielinski and revenue manager Paul Neidhart reported the Fast Enterprises TAT system is progressing, with data scrubbing underway, about 15,000 taxpayers in scope and a planned October go-live date. Staff said new data fields (including TMK) will improve district-level reporting.

Deputy Director Zielinski told the committee the county’s TAT software implementation (Fast Enterprises) is progressing and is running about a week ahead of schedule. “We have like about 15,000 taxpayers for TAT,” the deputy director said, and staff reported the project team expects a production go-live in October (staff later cited October 5 as the target date).
