Staff updated the Building Standards Commission on 502 Newark Street (code case 3347), saying the owner has made limited progress securing demolition assistance because of cost. Staff said the owner told inspectors she had spoken with potential helpers and "believes would help to do the demolition," and staff requested more time to allow that process to proceed.
