Planning staff previewed Case FP782‑2026, the final plat for Balcones Ranch Phase 1, which the manager said follows PD ordinance number 2024 813 and is generally located south of Lakeridge Parkway and west of Highway 67. The manager said phase 1 includes "a little over 200 homes" and that Phase 2 plans have already been submitted and will be platted separately.
