Council approves deed transfer of small King's Terrace parcel back to original grantor

City staff told the council the parcel in question, known as King's Terrace, had been intended as pocket park space but is too small to serve typical city park functions and adds a unique maintenance burden. Staff recommended returning the tract to the original grantor by deed to reduce maintenance obligations and maintain consistency with how the city manages other green spaces.
