The commission on March 30 recommended that City Council approve replats for 201 and 203 South Kate Street. Planning Director Lisa Hannon said both lots meet the minimum requirements but will need special exceptions—one for lot width and area on the north property and another to address front/side setbacks on the south property—and that these exceptions are scheduled for the April 13 Board of Adjustment.
