Planning staff presented the preliminary and final plats for a two-lot minor subdivision owned by the Sharon K. Riley Irrevocable Trust. The Planning & Zoning Board recommended approval of the preliminary plat with conditions to waive alley, curb/gutter/sidewalk requirements and to allow existing open irrigation ditches to remain; staff noted the applicant is coordinating with the Cody Canal regarding the ditches.
