Zoning inspector Thorner reported that for the month of April the department issued 15 permits valued at $441,858, bringing the year-to-date total to 40 permits. He also reported that certain permits (YCCs) have a year-to-date valuation of $794,526.48 and that upcoming design review and plan meetings are scheduled.
