Lisa, planning staff, reported that the applicant for preliminary plat PP25‑0009 at 1904 West U.S. Highway 380 has requested a 30‑day extension while staff and the applicant address easement issues. "The applicant has requested another 30 day extension," Lisa said, and staff noted the matter is scheduled for the March 30 special meeting.
