The commission unanimously approved a motion to correct the March minutes to remove an incorrect attendance note and record the moving commissioner as present; the correction passed by voice vote.

During the regular session the commission corrected a scrivener's error in the March 5, 2026 minutes. A commissioner moved to strike an incorrect attendance entry and to show that the commissioner was present; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. "I would move to correct minutes and and strike my car running as present," the mover said before the motion passed.
