The full story
The district’s proposed Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) compensation plan follows the state‑mandated 90/10 structure: 90% of funds generated by TIA will be paid directly to educators as stipends and 10% will be retained as a sustainability fund to support calibration, professional development, data systems and scalability. Ms. Murillo (presentation lead) told trustees that TIA stipends range from $3,000 to $25,000 depending on campus designation and that the district’s plan intends to award stipend levels as creditable compensation for TRS retirement.
