CSA said it will use the ROMA (Results-Oriented Management and Accountability) framework and annual advisory-board reviews to track measures such as clients served, referrals, and transitions out of poverty. The court voted to accept the plan. Commissioners also approved Amendment No.5 to the fiscal-year 2025 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) contract to extend the contract date to June 30, 2026, and authorized staff to sign necessary documents.
