County purchasing and engineering staff also presented supplemental agreements and professional-service selections for Taylor Road Phase 3 and other local infrastructure work.
Commissioners emphasized procedural review and legal signoff for closing documents; several items were authorized "subject to final legal review" and the county judge was authorized to sign required documents. Votes on procurement exceptions, rankings of engineering firms, and a $142,671.11 supplemental agreement for temporary traffic signal and right-of-way acquisition work were approved by the court.
