Commissioner Terence Frewen moved to approve the 2024 Apportionment Resolution; Commissioner Gordon Kelley supported the motion. The board adopted the resolution by roll call vote with the seven commissioners recorded as voting yes: David Hodges, Scott Wirtz, Larry Tiejema, Phil Hesche, Gordon Kelley, Jack Shattuck and Terence Frewen.
