PCAPS reports decline in impounded animals; $3,000 donation will fund microchips through 2027

Becky provided two updates for Peoria County Animal Protective Services. First, she said a recent large impound that initially involved 64 animals has been reduced to about four remaining animals. "We were down to about 4 animals of the 64, so that's great news," she told the committee.
