DART seeks Glenn Heights' support for regional mobility interlocal agreement

Nadine Lee, president and CEO of Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), used the council's public comment slot to outline a proposed interlocal cooperation agreement for regional mobility. "Our proposed funding model combines DART resources and funding from the North Central Texas Council of Governments Regional Transportation Council to provide a revenue share for each city in our service area, starting at 5% in the first year, and increasing 1% annually to 10% over a six year period," Lee said.
