Henry County commissioners approved Resolution 5-9-24 to accept a $10,000 corporate surety bond from State Farm Fire & Casualty for Chad Farthing as District 1 constable for the 2024–2028 term.

The Commission approved Resolution 5-9-24 on Sept. 16 to accept a corporate surety bond for District 1 Constable Chad Farthing. Commissioner David Webb moved the resolution and Commissioner Charles Elizondo seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The bond presented lists State Farm Fire and Casualty Company as surety for $10,000 for the term Aug. 13, 2024 through Aug. 13, 2028.
