The Palo Alto County Board approved a Class B liquor license for Happy Campers LLC, a Ruthven establishment, during its Feb. 3 meeting. Supervisor Ron Graettinger moved approval and Supervisor Keith Wirtz seconded; the motion carried with ayes from the four members present.
