Supervisors authorize two-year County Farm lease with J & D Farms
The board authorized the chair to sign a two-year crop land lease for the County Farm with J & D Farms (David and Jeffrey Statema) covering the 2025 and 2026 crop years; motion carried unanimously.

The O'Brien County Board of Supervisors moved to authorize the chair to sign a two-year lease of County Farm cropland with J & D Farms, operated by David Statema and Jeffrey Statema, for the 2025 and 2026 crop years. The motion was moved by Friedrichsen, seconded by Steensma, and recorded as carried by all ayes. The motion gives the county chair authority to sign the lease on behalf of the board.
