County outlines bridge deck removal, milling and Colwood replacement project
Staff reported asphalt resurfacing work this week including milling at bridge abutments, patching and widening; the contractor is removing the bridge deck at Michelson Marsh and Peterson Contracting plans to begin the Colwood replacement north of Lone Rock, with a pre-construction conference scheduled.

Doug updated the board on current roadwork and near-term projects. "Asphalt resurfacing continues to go on. This week, there are plans for them to mill abutments at bridges, some widening areas, and put on some patching and some widening," he said, and noted a contractor is removing the bridge deck at Michelson Marsh.
