The Chair opened the meeting with brief spoken agenda cues and a welcome to attendees, saying, "Thank you all, for being here, and thank you to everybody else in attendance." The Chair noted a slot for operational updates and invited items; the transcript records the Chair asking, "We have a slot for operational updates, but I don't know if anybody has anything." A participant replied, "I think I'm good, commissioner."
