The board considered a request for a zoning variance from a property at 8995 Old San Isabelle Road (applicant Grant Sebenacher). Staff told the commission it could not safely access the property because it lies within one of the wildfire burn zones and therefore could not confirm whether the structure on the site still exists. The applicant requested a continuance.
