Johnny Owens moved “to approve the reading and acceptance of the minutes of November 3, 2025,” and Ryan John seconded. Owens, John and Chairman Josh Powers voted aye and the motion passed unanimously. The meeting record notes there were no nay votes.
The approval occurred during a brief session that included a roll call by County Clerk Carrie Tubbs and no public comments. The authority took no further action on the Nov. 3 minutes and proceeded to other agenda items before adjourning later in the meeting.
