A planning-and-development item for a project in an R-1 single-family residence district was formally deferred to August 11 following a motion and second. Westwood consultant Stoker Brown told council the firm had received the latest materials and would run the off-site drainage models overnight; staff expected to provide the city a memo by the end of the next day.
